Ian possesses over 20 years of HR Consulting experience primarily focused in the areas of assessing and developing talent as well as organisational development. He has lived and worked in four countries across APAC and held P&L accountability for consulting businesses in three of these. Working both within, as well as with, the government; NFP; MNC as well as family run business sectors and his experience covering numerous industries.
Ian possesses a Masters in Psychology; a Post Graduate Diploma in business; and certification in almost all reputable psychometric assessments tools. Combined with a wealth of experience, Ian prides himself on bringing a pragmatic, customer centric and outcome focused approach to all of his leadership advisory engagements.
